FlossDraft is an editable photo-to-cross-stitch app for iPhone, iPad and Android. We are clear about what is a general planning guide and what the app itself does.
What our guides do.
Guides explain general planning concepts such as finished size, fabric count, source-photo clarity and palette simplification. They do not promise that an individual image will convert cleanly or substitute for a designer’s judgement.
What a trustworthy product preview must show.
Before a paid export, a user should be able to inspect the resulting grid, chosen dimensions, palette implications and what they will receive. We do not ask for a card or payment on the current preview pages.
How corrections work.
If a guide is unclear or contains a material error, send it through Support. We will correct substantial issues, update the review date and avoid inventing credentials or product capabilities we do not have.
