These terms govern use of FlossDraft’s website, validation waitlist and future software. By using them, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Current product status
The website currently collects interest for an editable cross-stitch pattern maker. It does not take deposits or payments and does not provide a hosted photo-to-pattern conversion service. Product features, availability and pricing will be shown clearly before a future purchase is offered.
Your content and rights
You are responsible for the photos, artwork and text you choose to use with FlossDraft. Upload or process only content you own or have permission to use. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, harmful or abusive content. You keep ownership of your content; we do not claim ownership merely because you use the app.
Purchases
The planned FlossDraft Lifetime price is USD $24.99, paid once; no payment is collected on this website today. Any paid offer will show its final price, product scope and applicable billing terms at checkout. A lifetime purchase grants the stated version of the product for the account/device terms shown at purchase; it does not promise every future feature. Apple purchases are subject to Apple’s terms. Direct web purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Our refund policy is available at flossdraft.com/refund.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another person’s account or data, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, misuse payment flows, or use FlossDraft to violate another person’s rights. We may suspend access for abuse, security risks or legal reasons.
Availability and liability
FlossDraft is provided on an “as available” basis. Pattern conversion may not be suitable for every photo, fabric, thread brand or accessibility need; always review a pattern before buying materials or starting a project. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
