Refund Policy
FlossDraft is currently collecting a waitlist only. We do not take deposits, subscription payments or web checkout payments today.
Future direct web purchases
When direct web checkout becomes available, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order email and Paddle receipt. We will review the request and, where eligible, refund the purchase amount through Paddle. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.
Apple App Store purchases
Apple handles payment and refunds for purchases made in the iOS or iPadOS app. Request those refunds directly through Apple’s purchase-support process. We can help identify the product or explain access, but we cannot issue an Apple refund ourselves.
How access changes after a refund
After a refund is completed, the corresponding paid entitlement may be removed. If a payment was made in error, contact us before initiating a duplicate chargeback so we can help resolve it quickly.
