Refund Policy
FlossDraft does not take deposits, subscriptions or web checkout payments. The app offers a one-time lifetime purchase through the applicable app store.
Apple App Store purchases
Apple handles payment and refunds for purchases made in the iOS or iPadOS app. Request those refunds directly through Apple’s purchase-support process. We can help identify the product or explain access, but we cannot issue an Apple refund ourselves.
Google Play purchases
Google Play handles payment for purchases made in the Android app. Request a refund through Google Play’s purchase-support process or contact us for help with a FlossDraft purchase. Whether a refund is available depends on Google Play’s policies and applicable law.
How access changes after a refund
After a refund is completed, the corresponding paid entitlement may be removed. If a payment was made in error, contact us before initiating a duplicate chargeback so we can help resolve it quickly.
